• અદાણી ગ્રીન એનર્જી લિ.(AGEL)એ 1050 મેગાવોટ રીન્યૂએબલ એનર્જીસ પોર્ટફોલિઓ  અદાણી ગ્રીન એનર્જી લિ.અને ટોટાલએનર્જીસ વચ્ચેના સંયુક્ત સાહસને તબદીલ કરવાનું પૂર્ણ કર્યું.
•  અદાણી ગ્રીન એનર્જી લિ.નું કાર્યરત 300 મેગાવોટ, 500 મેગાવોટ નિર્માણ હેઠળ અને 250 મેગાવોટ પ્રગતિ હેઠળની અસ્કયામતનું યોગદાન અને ટોટાલએનર્જીસે યુએસ ડોલર 300 મિલિયન ઇક્વીટીનું રોકાણ કર્યું છે

અદાણી ગ્રીન એનર્જી લિ.એ ટોટાલએનર્જીસ સાથે 1050 મેગાવોટનું સંયુક્ત સાહસ સંપ્પન કર્યું હોવાની આજે જાહેરાત કરી છે. આ સંયુક્ત સાહસના ભાગરુપે ટોટાલએનર્જીસે અદાણી ગ્રીનની પેટા કંપનીના પ્રોજેક્ટમાં 50% હિસ્સો હસ્તગત કરવા માટે યુએસ ડોલર 300 મિલિયનનું રોકાણ કર્યું છે.

સપ્ટેમ્બર ૨૦૨૩માં અદાણી ગ્રીન એનર્જી લિ. અને ટોટાલએનર્જીસના સંયુક્ત સાહસ વચ્ચેના બંધન કરારની જાહેરાતના અનુસંધાનને  જોડે છે . આ સંયુક્ત સાહસ 1050 મેગાવોટનો પોર્ટફોલિઓ ધરાવે છે જેમાં અગાઉથી કાર્યરત 300 મેગાવોટ ઉપરાંત નિર્માણ હેઠળની 500 મેગાવોટ અને 250 મેગાવોટની હાલ ભારતમાં પ્રગતિ હેઠળના સોૌર અને પવન ઉર્જા બન્નેના પ્રોજેક્ટની અસ્ક્યામતોનો  સમાવેશ થાય છે. ધરાવે છે.

આ વ્યવહાર સાથે ટોટાલએનર્જીસએ અદાણી ગ્રીન એનર્જી લિ. સાથેના તેના વ્યૂહાત્મક જોડાણને ફરી ગાઢ બનાવવા સાથે ૨૦૩૦ના અંત સુધીમાં 45 ગિગાવોટની ક્ષમતાના લક્ષ્યને હાંસલ કરવા એક જોરદાર સમર્થન પુરું પાડ્યું છે.
